The special exhibition "The Literary Love of Kaburaki Kiyokata ― 'Favorite' Illustrations World ―" will be held at the Kamakura City Kaburaki Kiyokata Memorial Museum. This exhibition showcases about 50 illustrations based on the works of authors Kiyokata adored, such as Higuchi Ichiyō and Izumi Kyōka, allowing you to appreciate his passion for literature.
The exhibition runs from September 2, 2026 (Wed) to October 18, 2026 (Sun), with opening hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is 300 yen for adults and 150 yen for elementary and middle school students. There will also be special workshops and guided tours, so please participate!
