This exhibition will be held from September 19, 2026 (Saturday) to November 28, 2026 (Saturday) at the Kamakura History and Culture Exchange Center. Through the history of nun temples in Kamakura, you can trace the history of women's prayers. The displayed materials and excavated items are full of highlights.
The admission fee is 400 yen for adults and 150 yen for elementary and middle school students, but residents of Kamakura can enter for free. Gallery talks are held every Thursday, allowing for a deeper understanding of the exhibits. Access is approximately a 7-minute walk from JR Kamakura Station or Enoden Kamakura Station.
